A very clean and well looked after van, has 5 beds 2 doubles one at each end and a single bunk above the rear double bed. Has a shower room with a cassette toilet,basin,mirror and a storage cabinet. Double wardrobe and lots of storage including and double drawer cabinet in the front of the van. Kitchen area has a 4 ring hob,good size oven,sink with draining area,3 way fridge. Has two fold away tables 1 large which is for the front end and 1 small to dot at the rear seating area. Blown air heating which has outlets at the front seat/bed area out let in the shower room and an outlet in the rear set/bed area. The fire works on gas or 240v mains electric with thermostatic control. This van have a extra large roof light which make the van feel light and airy. The van also comes with fly screens on all the windows and roof lights also the main door. Also comes with the silver thermo blinds on all windows and roof lights. I think the van has a carver 2 water heating system also covered by the cris registration scheme. Also have most of the instruction manual for the appliances in the van. The van show hardly any signs of wear the cushions look like new and are very clean. Brought this van from Kenmores last March it was fully serviced and under the 6 months warranty we had the 240v main electric controls replaced on the fire all the rubbers seals on the cassette toilet. A new leisure battery with 2 years warranty a full Dorema awning (we have only used the van and awning 3 times in 0ne year) awning is still like new also come with storm straps and rock pegs, lighter poles and quick release clips on the poles. A full length breathable matting, 240v cable and adaptor plug to plug in at home to run on mains, 1 aqua roll with handle 1 waste master, piping that runs from tap to van but was never used. Included in the sale ia a full stop wheel clamp which has a hi security rating also a alko hitch lock which can be fitted while towing the van to stop it being stolen while towing. Only selling the van as i have had to take a pay cut so can no longer afford to take the van out i unhappy to let the van go but needs must.
